E-Navigation is the Future of Shipping

Tor Svanes, founder and CEO of Navtor, believes that navigating the future in shipping requires the industry to move away from its old operational measures and into a digital realm that is developing fast, and is fast developing the maritime sector.

That’s why NAVTOR signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Total Marine Solutions allowing for the integration of Ocean Guardian’s environmental rules into NAVTOR’s voyage planning software, as well as to allow NAVTOR to offer Ocean Guardian’s environmental planning tool as a stand-alone system.
